Morning inbox briefing
At the hour you choose you get a short report on the last 24 hours of email: urgent, needs a reply, FYI. The assistant is read-only.

Cyber Office Assistant takes the small daily jobs off your plate: your inbox, voice notes from the field, receipts, change orders and invoices. Private by design, and nothing is saved until you approve it.
Six agents that work today. Each one saves hours every week, and each one asks for your approval before it acts.

You talk to a bot in Telegram. A calendar entry, a task, a text message and an email are created. Nothing is saved until you tap Save.
A voice note from the site becomes a log entry. A photo of a receipt becomes an expense tied to the right job.
A client request captured the moment it is made, with a description and cost impact. The office gets an alert to approve.
Reminders for overdue invoices, expiring subcontractor insurance and permits. Draft messages for your approval.
An assistant that works around the clock, remembers the company's matters, runs recurring tasks and learns repeatable routines.
Choose a challenge. We will show a practical place to begin.
Start with a morning inbox briefing. Important messages in one daily summary, then you review draft replies before anything is sent.

Before any text reaches an AI model, our gateway replaces names, addresses and numbers with safe tokens. The mapping stays with us. After the reply we put the real data back.
Claude or OpenAI through the API, with our sanitizing gateway in front. For most companies. A separate key and a hard cost cap for each client.
A dedicated machine with a local model, managed by us. For companies with medical, legal or NDA-covered data.
A computer with a 48 GB graphics card in your office, designed and maintained by us. Encrypted disk, access only over a trusted network.

Only if you choose it, and never raw. In the cloud option our gateway replaces names, addresses and numbers with tokens before any text leaves your environment, and the mapping stays with us. With the GNSIT server or the AI box in your office, data does not go to a public AI provider at all.
Level 1 is cloud AI (Claude or OpenAI) behind our sanitizing gateway. Level 2 is a dedicated GNSIT server running a local model. Level 3 is an AI box with a 48 GB graphics card installed in your office. The client chooses the level that fits the sensitivity of the data.
We start with a 15-minute call to choose the first tasks. Then a two-week pilot runs on sample data that only you see. After that we switch the assistant on for real use and stay on as support.
We use Claude from Anthropic and models from OpenAI through their business APIs, and local open models running on our own hardware. We choose per task and per client, and set a hard monthly cost cap for each client.
Yes. The AI services are built for small and mid-sized companies, such as construction firms, medical and dental offices, accounting and retail offices, and are sized to a small-business budget.
Pricing is agreed individually with each client after we analyze their needs, so you pay for what is actually deployed.
